It is mandatory for our guests to take off their shoes before entering the massage area. With regard to all present customers and employees, we ask that you do not make calls on Baan Sabai and switch off your cell phone. 

In the course of the COVID-19 hygiene requirements, it is still imperative that every customer wears a mouth-nose covering and disinfects his hands before the massage or washes them thoroughly with hand soap. Please make sure to keep a distance of 1.50 m from other guests.

To arrive in peace and start relaxed, we recommend that you appear 5 – 10 minutes before the start of treatment. After the treatment, take some time for a glass of water or a cup of tea to trace the effects of the massage.

The Baan Sabai only employs masseuses.

We only offer serious, high-quality massages from certified masseuses. Traditional Thai massage in particular is a massage technique that has been handed down over thousands of years and is of great cultural importance. There are no erotic massages in our house. The management reserves the right to notify telephone or personal inquiries as well as immoral behavior with a sexually annoying background in accordance with Section 185 StGb and, if necessary, to issue a house ban.

Thai massages: 

Thai massages are carried out dressed. We provide you with comfortable cotton clothing.

Whole body massages:

Before the massage begins, all clothing except for the underpants must be taken off. The genital area is always covered during treatment.

We have no safe for guests and accept no liability for your valuables. You can of course take your valuables into the massage room.

The duration of your massage includes the time for dressing and undressing. We ask for your understanding, if a guest in front of you needs a little longer to change clothes, we will wait in peace until the room is free. We always strive to get the massage beds fresh as quickly as possible and to prepare everything necessary for the next application. If you yourself appear late at your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten the massage in consultation with you, so that appointments are not delayed afterwards. 

Since we have fewer appointments per day due to the COVID requirements, we ask you to reserve your desired date. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for Friday and Saturday, before public holidays and when you want couple massages. We strive to also implement spontaneous inquiries, but unfortunately this is often not possible under the current circumstances. The earlier you reserve, the easier we can meet your wishes!

Please let us know as early as possible, but no later than 4 hours before the start of your application by phone or email. Please keep in mind that your masseuse and the room are kept free for you. Short-term cancellations or non-appearances without information mean a double loss of earnings for us, since we can then no longer pass the appointments on to other guests. In the event of non-appearance without prior information, we therefore reserve the right to charge 50% of the price.

Your oasis of wellbeing is just a few meters from the Parking garages located at Cinestar, Fort Malakoff and the Roman Theater. Further parking spaces can be found in Neutor, Holzhof and Grebenstraße. 

Alternatively, you can easily and comfortably reach us by train, because the Römisches Theater train station is only a few minutes’ walk away from us, as is the Bus stops in Alstadt / Holzhof, Roman Theater and Holzturm / Malakoff-Passage. Bicycle parking spaces there is right in front of the shop.
